Project Management Latin America

(Español)

PMLA® is one of the few organizations in Latin America dedicated exclusively to project management. In the last 10 years, they have trained more than 5,000 executives and have helped plan and manage mission-critical multi-million dollar projects involving large work teams in major industries.

Their purpose is to help people and organizations develop their potential and achieve their vision through project management.

Let's explore on this case study how I renewed their visible face towards their clients, consolidating the digital transformation of their business model.

Task

Redesign the experience of their old website, also incorporating a platform that allows the student to acquire courses offered by the academy and already had in stock on their Moodle platform, authorizing users to automatically access it using the same credentials. Understand
& Collaborate

From the beginning, remote meetings were necessary to understand its current proposal and the operation of its eLearning platform to be able to design a tailored experience that allows future students to acquire new courses without any friction and making the company's value proposition clear.

After the induction, we chose to manage the tasks using Trello in a relaxed way, with the mere purpose of visualizing the backlog, activities in progress and establishing priorities.

Complete and accurate

”It was a very interesting job since it is not only a traditional web page, but also includes an online store integrated into our educational platform. It is always a big challenge trying to make something complex simple for the client.”

The website manages the content and students in sync with the eLearning platform. The e-commerce platform is integrated for the management of products and payment gateways. The same user is always used on all platforms, transparently accessing any of them only once.

Lazy
registration

No one will want to sign up to your site before seeing prices or adding items to the cart, then you shouldn't force your users to do tasks they don't want. What if we better reward that laziness? Let them first choose what they are going to acquire and then solve all the bureaucracy in a single step, saving steps in the user journey.
